D.J. started his insurance career in 1977 as a claims adjustor. He received his insurance license in 1983 achieving the Certified Insurane Counselor "CIC" designation in 1985 and the Certified Risk Manager "CRM" designation in 2002.
- Christy Haynes - Personal Lines Account Manager
Christy has been a licensed property and casualty agent since 1992 and has worked with D.J. since 1999.
- Melinda Schultz - Accounting Manager
Melinda has over twenty years of office experience and has been working in the insurance industry with D.J. since 2005.
- JoAnn Thiessen - Commercial Account Manager
JoAnn has been in the insurance industry for over twenty five years and has been with the agency since 2009.

Yvonne has been in the insurance industry for fifteen years, and joined the agency in 2011.
